3. Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding product overview.
By clicking on the "Buy now" button, you are submitting a binding offer to purchase the products in your shopping cart.
Confirmation of receipt of the order will be sent immediately after submission, but does not constitute acceptance of the contract.
The contract is only concluded when the order is expressly confirmed or the goods are shipped.
4. Prices
All prices quoted are final prices. In accordance with § 19 UStG (small business regulation), no sales tax is shown.
Any shipping costs incurred will be indicated separately during the ordering process.
5. Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop, currently in particular:
Stripe (e.g., credit card)
PayPal
The payment method will be charged immediately after the order is completed.
6. Delivery and shipping
Shipping is only available within the European Union (EU).
Unless otherwise stated, delivery takes 3–8 business days from receipt of payment.
All products are shipped from Germany.
7. Handcrafted products
Most of the products offered are handmade.
Therefore, there may be slight variations in color, shape, or structure.
These variations do not constitute a defect, but are part of the individual character of the products.
8. Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal.

9. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
10. Liability
The provider shall be liable without limitation for claims based on damage caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
In cases of slight negligence, the provider shall only be liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damage.
11. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Hands of Hope until full payment has been received.
12. Dispute resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
I am not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
13. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
